Lunch: Warm Napa Cabbage Salad with Espresso Grilled Chicken
It is cold and we have leftovers so today's lunch is a something easy, quick, warm and flavorful.
Warm napa cabbage salad with leftover espresso grilled chicken
1/2 head napa cabbage
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
loosely chop 1/2 head of napa cabbage
Sautee cabbage in a little olive oil with Ronin Chef Season-All*
Toss with lemon and top with the left over Ronin Chef Espresso Grilled Chicken**
Add hot sauce to taste (I like it hot!)
